If you took a walk around Riyad Joucka’s office, you’d think he was designing alien technologies or was doing abstract contemporary art, but Riyad is an architect, and his passion is all about what providing answer to the challenges of everyday life. Calm and wise beyond his years, Riyad wants to share his love and fascination by those innovative architecture that have made their way into the very history of the Middle East, but also to use modern technology to keep on innovating the field of architecture and design in a way that feels natural and organic.
A Dubai Architecture Experience : early begginnings of Metropolitan Dubaï
With this immersion, Lartisien will be taking you on a tour of the city’s most iconic buildings, that have marked the history of Dubai. Accompanied by Riyad, you will be able to get insights into the history of the buildings and access to the backstage of some of the landmarks of the city. The tour will comprise of an exploration of the modern history of Dubai, starting with the early beginning of the city. A tour of the Petroleum Establishment Building, the World Trade Center, the first ever skyscraper in Dubai, and finally the iconic Burj Khalifa.
