With a resume that includes such prestigious names as the Ritz Paris, Hôtel de Crillon, Lasserre, among others, Pierre Vila Palleja has worked his way to the top of his profession as a sommelier. For the last 7 years, Pierre has been the owner of his very own restaurant, Le Petit Sommelier – a traditional Parisian bistrot where clients can enjoy a cuisine that is seasonal, fresh, and flavorful, and a wine menu that includes over 1 300 labels from its cellar of 20 000 bottles. Pierre has also been writing for the Revue du Vin de France, the oldest wine magazine in France, that has been printed since 1927.
Founded in 1936 by Fred Samuel, Fred is a luxury jewelry and watch brand in Paris, part of the LVMH Group since 1995. Oksana joined Maison Fred two years ago, and has since been living her dream as a gemmologist. Initially a language professor and having worked in numerous luxury fashion boutiques in Paris, Oksana is now in charge of the selection and handling of semi-precious and precious stones for the French jewelry house.
After having trained in the most prestigious culinary institutions in France and working as the Pastry Chef at Yannick Alléno’s 3-Michelin-starred Pavillion Ledoyen for 8 years, in 2021 Aurélien Rivoire collaborated with Chef Alléno to open their very own chocolaterie, Alléno & Rivoire. Located at 9, Rue du Champ de Mars in Paris, the boutique presents a large variety of exquisite chocolate products, alongside fruit confits, pralines, and ganache. The chocolaterie is the result of years of hard work, during which Chef Aurélien Rivoire kept perfecting his skills while also coming up with innovative techniques and flavors for his chocolate products.
