Immersion, experiences with a deeply human touch
No one knows a destination like a person who calls it home. No one is more capable of revealing the little known secrets and hidden treasures of a city or a place like the people who live there and who learnt to love it. This is why we created Immersion. Immersion is meeting those people; it is discovering a city through the eyes of its custodians.
Who are the personalities at the heart of Immersion?
With Immersion, we seek out unique, renowned or one of a kind personalities, each extremely talented and with an inspiring story to tell. With each personality, we create a tailor-made experience to help you discover a facet of a destination hidden to most and best illustrated through their passion.
What does an Immersion experience look like?
All our Immersions last between 2 and 4 hours. The meeting point with the personality is specified beforehand and is most often at the hotel you're staying. If a transfer is necessary, it will be arranged in advance by your Guest Experience Manager. Depending on the Immersion experience booked, you'll make stops to one or more places.
In which destinations are Immersion experiences available?
Immersion is currently available in seven cities: London, Vienna, Venice, Marrakech, New York, Mexico and Dubai. It is an expanding offer that we are already developing in other destinations.
How is Immersion an experience for you?
Immersion is only open to our Privilege, Connoisseur and Ambassador members. All our experiences are unique and exclusive. Whether it’s the personalities chosen, the itineraries proposed or the experiences to be lived, all of them will leave you with an unforgettable memory and will make you discover the destination you’re visiting through a unique and unadulterated lens.
