Brothers Hamza and Soufiane Hadni had one goal in mind when they opened the Baromètre Marrakech: bring a touch of fun and creativity to the local culinary and mixology scene! Infusing their restaurant with art and philosophy, the brothers have found a way to marry the traditional history of Marrakech with the hip, fun, contemporary aspects of cocktail-making to make a bar unlike anything the Ochre City has ever seen before.
The Moroccan mixology with the Hadni Brothers; a whole new side of Morocco!
Meet with Hamza or Soufiane in the Medina and make your way to the Baromètre, where they will treat you to their unique menu of cocktails while telling you everything there is to know about how these unique recipes were created. After which, the brothers will host a Cocktail Making Class. The experience will take place in the company of one or several mixologists. The course will cover: a brief history of cocktails as well as the basics of how the tongue and the sense of taste work and how to create your very own cocktail, and finally, tasting !

An experience for 2 people • 2h30 • Available upon booking • From 300 euros for 2 people • The ideal starting time is 15:45 from Monday to Friday • The access to the place will be exclusive in this time slot, the guests will be able to enjoy a real immersion in the bar with the mixologists
