Chef Oswaldo’s decade-long journey from his homeland to Spain took him to two of the most iconic restaurants of the world where his talent was honed under the guidance of a couple of the world’s best mentors - Joan Roca of the El Celler de Can Roca in Girona and Andoni Aduriz of Mugaritz in Spain’s Basque Country. He returned to Mexico City to open his first restaurant Lorea, where Oswaldo creates a new tasting menu every day, highlighting Mexican produce and elegant vegetal flavors.
This Immersion is available in 4 configurations, each lasting between 2 to 4 hours. 1) A walking tour of Colonia Roma, one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Mexico City. The chef will take you to discover the street food, local wineries... 2) A Cooking Class at the open kitchen of Lorea with the Chef to learn how to prepare 5 incredible taco recipes 3) A Taco Tour where the Chef will bring the guests to the Old Town to enjoy some of the best tacos with a tasting of Mezcal. 4) Market Experience, will bring the guests to the iconic markets of the city
