Richard Dailly, an expert on wine and the whole region. He is Graduate oenologist from the Reims training centre , Head of an oenological laboratory for 7 years and Cellar manager for a renowned cooperative in Champagne for 17 years. Since 2008, manager of a 10.5 hectare AOP Médoc vineyard.

We'll warmly welcome you at Reims Champagne TGV station and provide an informative explanation of Champagne, covering its technical, economic, and social aspects, from the classified hillsides to the world heritage site. Next, we'll visit a Champagne estate in Ay for an approximately 1 hour. Immerse yourself in the world of Champagne production as we explore the estate, followed by a delightful tasting of three different cuvées, and a thrilling sabrage of a Champagne bottle.
