Everything’ was just great. Barbara as guest Relation Manager. Our room #37 with direct access to this unbearable heated pool. The opulent breakfast on the fantastic sunny Terrasse. CIP’s Club as real surprise. And ORO is fantastic culinary experience. Housekeeping, Frontdesk, concierge desk and ALL restaurant’s staff members just great. The only not top ranking for Roomservice - space for improvement…

nice hotel, a little bit "dusty" at some sites. Start not so perfect: celebrating my birthday I would have expected some afforts of the hotel to give me an unforgettable experience. After the first night we moved to a very nice suite. Great Overall a very good hotel and experience
